Section 3 CCR 719-1-8.00.00 - ADVERTISING8.00.10 Labels. At least one address shall appear on a prescription label and that shall include the address of the prescription drug outlet from which the prescription was dispensed. In the case of a central fill prescription processing contract, the label shall contain at least the name and address of the originating and/or fulfillment pharmacy.8.00.20 Prescription Order Forms. No prescription drug outlet shall provide any practitioner with prescription order forms that refer to a pharmacist or prescription drug outlet.8.00.30 Multiple Names. A prescription drug outlet shall only use, operate or advertise under the name that appears on the current registration issued by the Board.8.00.40 Truth in Advertising.
