Section 3 CCR 711-2-1.5 - Malpractice Coverage/Professional Liability InsuranceThe purpose of the following Rule is to clarify the amount of malpractice coverage/professional liability insurance that must be maintained by an audiologist who provides services to patients as required by sections 12-210-105(4)(e), 12-210-109(3), and 12-210-111, C.R.S.
A. For purposes of this Rule, malpractice coverage pursuant to section 12-210-109(3), C.R.S., and professional liability insurance pursuant to sections 12-210-105(4)(e) and 12-210-111, C.R.S., are synonymous and the same requirement.B.
