Rule 3 CCR 708-1-70.1 - General(A) Discrimination because of an individual's ancestry, place of origin, or because the individual possesses the physical, cultural, or linguistic characteristics of a national origin group is prohibited. Discrimination based on a person's perception or belief that someone is a member of a particular national origin group, even if such perception is inaccurate, is also prohibited.(B) A Bona Fide Occupational Qualification as it pertains to national origin cases shall be strictly construed.
