Section 3 CCR 707-1.5 - REINSTATEMENT OF AN EXPIRED LICENSEThis Rule is promulgated pursuant to sections 12-20-202(2), 12-20-204, and 12-215-105(1)(a), C.R.S.
A. An applicant seeking reinstatement of an expired license shall complete the reinstatement application and pay the reinstatement fee.B. The Board may deny an applicant for reinstatement upon a finding that the applicant has violated provisions of the Chiropractic Practice Act or rules and regulations.C. If the license has been expired for more than two years, the applicant will have to establish competency to practice under section 12-20-202(2), C.R.S.D.
