Section 3 CCR 707-1.26 - COMPLIANCE WITH BOARD INVESTIGATIONSThis Rule is promulgated to sections 12-20-204 and 12-215-105(1)(a), C.R.S.
A. When the Board requests a patient's complete patient record, pursuant to subpoena, the patient chart or record shall include all documentation for that specific patient as required by Rule 1.22.B. The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies' (DORA) personnel assigned to the Board of Chiropractic Examiners have the authority to carry out the Board's Orders.
