Periodic financial reports shall be submitted by each credit union in a form prescribed by the Commissioner. Such reports shall be filed in the office of the Commissioner no later than the due date specified by the Commissioner. For failure to file a report when due, unless excused by the Commissioner for cause, a credit union shall pay to the Commissioner a penalty of $25.00 for each day of delinquency in filing.
