Section 3 CCR 703-1-17 - CONFIDENTIALITY OF EXAMINATIONS17-1. The Commissioner's report of examination is the property of the Division of Financial Services and is furnished to the savings and loan association for its confidential use. Under no circumstances shall any of a savings and loan association's directors, officers or employees disclose or make public in any manner the report or any portion thereof. However, a savings and loan association may share the report with a Federal Home Loan Bank of which the association is a member or has applied for membership.
