Section 3 CCR 702-6-4-1-28 - Effective DateA. This regulation is effective January 14, 2018. In order to provide sufficient time for licensees to establish policies and procedures to comply with the requirements of this regulation, the commissioner will not pursue enforcement of these provisions prior to April 1, 2018.B. By April 1, 2018, a licensee shall provide an initial notice, as required by Section 5, to consumers who are the licensee's customers on or before April 1, 2018.
