Section 3 CCR 702-5-2-17-5 - RulesA. Any insurer that issues a private passenger automobile policy that includes a step-down provision must include the following, or substantively similar, disclosure, in 10 point print or larger, on the declaration page or face of the policy: "THIS POLICY INCLUDES A STEP-DOWN PROVISION WHICH REDUCES THE AMOUNT OF COVERAGE FOR CERTAIN INSUREDS UNDER THE POLICY. THE STEP-DOWN PROVISION THAT REDUCES THE AMOUNT OF COVERAGE FOR CERTAIN INSUREDS CAN BE FOUND AT PAGE(S) [FILL IN BLANK] OF THE POLICY CONTRACT."
B. If an insurer issues an operator's policy that includes medical payments coverage, the medical payments coverage shall not be reduced or denied to passengers under a covered loss.C. If a policy is obtained from an insurer that does not provide liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage, the following must be conspicuously displayed in 10 point print or larger, on the declaration page or face of the policy and on any applicable form furnished to the insured: "THIS POLICY DOES NOT MEET THE STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS OF THIS STATE'S FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY LAWS. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE LIABILITY COVERAGE FOR BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE."
