Section 3 CCR 702-5-2-16-4 - DefinitionsA. "Adequate Evidence" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 10-4-636(3)(b), C.R.S.B. "Automobile" for the purposes of this regulation and summary disclosure shall include motorcycles, motor vehicles and low-powered scooters as defined in §§ 10-4-601(6) and 42-1-102 (48.5) (55) and (58), C.R.S.C. "Initial Insurance Purchase" means, for the purposes of this regulation, when the application for insurance is submitted and payment is made to the insurer or producer.D. "Optional or Enhanced Coverages" means, for the purposes of this regulation, those coverages that will result in an increased premium to an insured's policy, and for which the express consent of the insured is required, but does not include uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage or medical payments coverage.E.
