Section 3 CCR 702-3-5-2-5 - RulesA. Commencing on or before March 1, 2008 and every March 1 thereafter, each insurer authorized to transact the business of title insurance in Colorado as of December 31 of the previous year, shall pay an assessment.B. Each title insurer authorized to transact the business of title insurance shall be assessed an annual fee sufficient to support two full-time equivalents within the Division of Insurance. Such fee shall be: 1. Calculated as a pro-rata share of the total premiums derived from the insurer's title insurance business conducted in Colorado; and2. Determined based on the written premiums reported on Schedule T of the annual financial statement submitted on or before March 31 of the previous year.C.
