Section 3 CCR 702-1-2-16-2 - Scope and Purpose

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the requirements for the appointment and termination of insurance producers by bail insurance companies authorized to do business in Colorado pursuant to the statutory provisions of §§ 10-2-415.5 and 10-2-415.7, C.R.S.
