Section 2 CCR 601-10-6.07 - Withdrawal of the CDOT Bid Proposals

At any time within thirty calendar days of the date of Bid opening, CDOT may withdraw its Bid Proposal and Award a Contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.18 of the rules, to the Low Responsible Bidder.
