Section 2 CCR 601-10-3.05 - Settlement and Voluntary Exclusion
3.05.1 A Respondent and the CDOT Chief Engineer may enter into a settlement of a Debarment action. Respondents who accept Voluntary Exclusions are ineligible to participate in Public Projects in accordance with the terms of their settlements.
