Section 2 CCR 601-10-2.05 - Effect of Prequalification
2.05.1 Prequalification constitutes the ability of a Contractor's eligibility to submit Bids to the level of Prequalification approved pursuant to rule 2.02 . The responsibility of a Low Apparent Bidder on a specific project will be independently evaluated prior to Award in accordance with Section 4.16 of the rules.
