Section 2 CCR 404-1-601 - INTRODUCTION

The Commission's Rules in this 600 Series are promulgated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the general public during all Oil and Gas Operations. They do not apply to practices regulated by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
