Section 2 CCR 404-1-519 - CONSENT AGENDAa. Regular hearings will be held before the Commission on such days as may be set by the Commission.b. The Secretary may place on the consent agenda those uncontested matters recommended by an Administrative Law Judge or Hearing Officer for approval if a recommended order has not become the final agency action pursuant to Rule 520.b.(1) All matters on the consent agenda may be presented individually or in groups. All matters within a group will be voted on together, without deliberation and without the necessity of reading into the record the individual items.
