Current through Register Vol. 47, No. 20, October 25, 2024
Section 2 CCR 404-1-431 - MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING OF PRODUCED, REUSED, RECYCLED, AND INJECTED WATERa. The volume of produced water will be computed and reported in terms of Barrels on the basis of properly calibrated meter measurements or Tank measurements of water-level differences, made and recorded to the nearest 1/4 inch of 100% capacity tables, or another method approved by the Director. If measurements are based on oil/water ratios, the oil/water ratio will be based on a production test performed during the last calendar year. Other equivalent methods for measurement of produced water may be approved by the Director. The volume of produced water will be reported on the Form 7.b. On the Form 5 and the Form 5A Operators will report the volume in Barrels of the following Fluids used in drilling operations and Stimulation, respectively: (3) Recycled or reused Fluids that offset the use of fresh water.c. The volume of water injected into a Class II UIC Well will be computed and reported in term of Barrels on the basis of properly calibrated meter measurements or Tank measurements of water-level differences made and recorded to the nearest 1/4 inch of 100% capacity tables, or another method approved by the Director. If water is transported to an injection facility by means other than direct Pipeline, measurement of water is required by a properly calibrated meter. The Operator will conspicuously post and maintain the date of the last meter calibration in a legible condition at each meter at all times. The volume of injected water will be reported on the Form 7.d. The volume of water injected and produced in Simultaneous Injection Wells will be computed and reported in terms of Barrels on the basis of calculated pump volumes, on the basis of property calibrated meter measurements, or on the basis of a produced gas to water ratio based on an annual production test. The volumes of injected and produced water will be reported on the Form 7.37 CR 16, August 25, 2014, effective 9/30/201438 CR 01, January 10, 2015, effective 2/14/201538 CR 03, February 10, 2015, effective 3/2/201538 CR 07, April 10, 2015, effective 4/30/201538 CR 16, August 25, 2015, effective 9/14/201539 CR 04, February 25, 2016, effective 3/16/201641 CR 05, March 10, 2018, effective 4/1/201841 CR 06, March 25, 2018, effective 5/1/201841 CR 23, December 10, 2018, effective 12/30/201842 CR 02, January 25, 2019, effective 2/14/201942 CR 17, September 10, 2019, effective 9/30/201942 CR 24, December 25, 2019, effective 1/14/202043 CR 17, September 10, 2020, effective 9/30/202043 CR 13, July 10, 2020, effective 11/2/202043 CR 24, December 25, 2020, effective 1/15/202145 CR 07, April 10, 2022, effective 4/30/202245 CR 09, May 10, 2022, effective 5/30/202245 CR 13, July 10, 2022, effective 7/30/2022
