Section 2 CCR 404-1-310 - SUSPENDING APPROVED OIL AND GAS DEVELOPMENT PLANSThe Director may suspend an approved Oil and Gas Development Plan or any associated Drilling and Spacing Units, Form 2As, or Form 2s if the Director has reasonable cause to believe that information submitted on an application was materially incorrect. An Operator may petition the Commission to review the Director's decision. The Commission will hear the petition at its next regularly scheduled hearing.
