Section 2 CCR 404-1-210 - CORRECTIVE ACTIONa. The Director or Commission will require correction of any condition necessary to protect and minimize adverse impacts to public health, safety, welfare, the environment, and wildlife resources, or any condition that the Director or Commission has reasonable cause to believe is in violation of the Commission's Rules. The Director or Commission may exercise its discretion to set forth the manner in which the condition is to be remedied.b.
