Rule 2 CCR 402-9-9 - FEES - FAX COPIES

9.1Local Calls - FAX copies shall be at $1.00 per page including the initial transmittal sheet.

9.2Long Distance Calls - FAX copies shall be at $1.50 per page including the initial transmittal sheet.
