The State Engineer may revise these Rules and Regulations for Dam Safety and Dam Construction in accordance with section 24-4-103, C.R.S. Such revisions may be the result of new data or technology, or the submittal of a petition by an interested person pursuant to section 24-4-103(7), C.R.S., and Rule 7.B.2 of the Division of Water Resources' Procedural Regulations, 2 C.C.R. 402-5.
