The permit holder must notify the local National Weather Service weather forecast office, Colorado Avalanche Information Center ("CAIC" ), the County emergency managers, and the CSU Colorado Climate Center, unless otherwise requested by the Director prior to each season of weather modification operations. The permit holder must document notification in annual reports.
