Section 1 CCR 302-1-8.00 - Accountability Reporting1) Each Institute Charter School shall be responsible for gathering and submitting to the Charter School Institute the data necessary to prepare a school performance report required by Section 22-11-503, CRS, for the Institute Charter School. The data shall be in the format required by Section 22-11-503, CRS, and, whenever possible, using the State data reporting system described in Section 22-11-501, CRS, and other data as required by the Charter School Institute and the Colorado Department of Education.
