C.R.S. 22-88-102, which authorized the Accessible Educational Materials for Students with Print Disabilities Grant Program, was repealed by the Colorado General Assembly in 2010. The corresponding rules in 1 CCR 301-70 have become obsolete and are being repealed by the Colorado State Board of Education.
