Section 1 CCR 301-109-5.0 - Application Review Criteria5.01 The Department, in making recommendations to the State Board, and the State Board, in awarding grants, shall give priority to applications that: 5.01(1) Demonstrate how the applicant will use the grant to serve: a high-poverty student population; a high percentage of minority students; students in rural areas; or a high percentage of female students;5.01(2) Expose students to diverse professionals within the computer science industry; or5.01(3) Demonstrate a low number of computer science education activities offered in the public school or school district, if any.42 CR 19, October 10, 2019, effective 10/30/2019
