Section 1 CCR 301-102-5.0 - AWARD PROCESS5.1 On an annual basis, the department shall make recommendations for grant awards to the state board.5.2 Subject to available appropriations, the state board, taking into account the recommendations of the department, shall award the grants from money appropriated to the fund.5.3 Each grant awarded through the grant program continues for three budget years, subject to annual review by the department and renewal by the state board as described in section 6.0.41 CR 23, December 10, 2018, effective 12/30/2018
