Section 10 CCR 2505-3-120 - INSUFFICIENT ACCESS TO OTHER HEALTH COVERAGE120.1 To be eligible for the Children's Basic Health Plan, an eligible person shall not: A. Be covered under a group health plan or under health insurance coverage excluding Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA); orB. Be eligible to receive assistance under Title XIX of the Social Security Act; orC.
