Section 10 CCR 2505-10-8.750 - [Effective 6/30/2024] COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDERS AND ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SAFETY NET PROVIDERS8.750.1DEFINITIONS"Comprehensive community behavioral health provider" means a licensed behavioral health entity or behavioral health provider approved by the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) to provide care coordination and behavioral health safety net services, either directly or through formal agreements with behavioral health providers in the community or region.
"Essential Behavioral Health Safety Net Providers" means a licensed behavioral health entity or behavioral health provider approved by BHA to provide care coordination and at least one of the behavioral health safety net services listed in 27-50-101(11) C.R.S.
8.750.2REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION8.750.2.A. The provider must be approved by the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA).8.750.3COVERED SERVICES8.750.3.A. Comprehensive Community Behavioral Health providers shall provide the covered behavioral health safety net services listed in 27-50-101(11) C.R.S.8.750.3.B. Essential Behavioral Health Safety Net providers shall provide at least one of the covered behavioral health services listed in 27-50-101(13) C.R.S.8.750.4REIMBURSEMENT8.750.4.A. Comprehensive Community Behavioral Health providers and Essential Behavioral Health Safety Net providers must be reimbursed in accordance with 25.5-4-403 C.R.S.47 CR 11, June 10, 2024, effective 6/30/2024
