Section 10 CCR 2505-10-8.535 - PEDIATRIC PERSONAL CARE SERVICES8.535.1 Pediatric Personal Care Services are provided in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A, which sets forth the coverage standards for the benefit.8.535.2 Pediatric Personal Care providers are required to comply with all Base Wage requirements established in Section 8.511.46 CR 13, July 10, 2023, effective 6/9/2023 (EMRGENCY)46 CR 17, September 10, 2023, effective 9/30/2023
