Section 10 CCR 2505-10-8.016 - ALTERNATIVE BENEFIT PLAN8.016.A Pursuant to § 1937 of the Social Security Act, effective January 1, 2014, all Medicaid clients in the following eligibility categories shall receive the Alternative Benefit Plan: 1. adults whose total household income does not exceed 133% of the federal poverty level and2. parents and caretaker relatives whose total household income is between 69% and 133% of the federal poverty level.8.016.B The Alternative Benefit Plan includes the services offered in Colorado Medicaid's Approved State Plan and Habilitative Services.
