Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.411.7 - Nutrition Services (Congregate) General Provider Responsibilities and Requirements [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]A. All providers shall operate in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local fire, health, safety, sanitation, and other standards prescribed in law or regulations. B. All providers shall keep such records and information as necessary to document the services provided to consumers receiving care.C. Nutrition projects shall provide at least one hot or other appropriate meal per day, five (5) days or more per week and any additional meals the nutrition project elects to provide, except in rural areas where such frequency is not feasible and a lesser frequency is approved by the SUA.39 CR 01, January 10, 2016, effective 2/1/2016
