Section 9 CCR 2504-1-6.120 - REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENDITURES6.120.1The state department shall pass through to county departments of social services federal matching funds as prescribed by the state department for necessary expenditures for child support services and activities provided to PA recipients and NPA families in accordance with these rules.
6.120.2Federal matching funds will not be passed through to county departments of social services for:21 Activities not related to the Child Support Services Program;22 Construction or major renovations;23 Purchases of child support services which are not secured in accordance with these rules and regulations;24 Education and training programs and educational services except the direct costs of approved short-term training, as defined and approved by the state department;25 Activities related to investigation or prosecution of fraud except for referring the discovery of same to the appropriate program;26 Activities that are beyond the scope of these rules as determined by the state department;27 Activities performed pursuant to an agreement that has expired and has not been renewed in accordance with these rules; and28 The amount of any fees, costs, or interest on child support collections deposited in a financial institution and collected by the CSS Unit that have not been used to reduce county CSS program expenditures.39 CR 23, December 10, 2016, effective 1/1/201740 CR 21, November 10, 2017, effective 12/1/201742 CR 11, June 10, 2019, effective 6/30/201943 CR 17, September 10, 2020, effective 9/30/202043 CR 21, November 10, 2020, effective 12/1/202044 CR 23, December 10, 2021, effective 1/1/202245 CR 01, January 10, 2022, effective 3/1/202246 CR 11, June 10, 2023, effective 7/1/2023
