Section 8 CCR 1511-1-4.00 - Parole Applications4.01 Computation of Time. Computation of time served on any sentence shall be the responsibility of the CDoC and shall be accepted by the Board. The authority of the Board to grant Parole and to establish the duration of the term of Parole is governed by § 17-2-201, et seq.,C.R.S., § 18-1.3-401, et seq., C.R.S., and article 22.5 of title 17.
