Article 6 - Notice

6.1 The Division shall notify any prospective beneficiaries in writing within ten (10) calendar days of a decision regarding eligibility. If the determination is negative, the notice shall:

6.1.1 Describe the reasons for the decision; and

6.1.2 Inform the prospective beneficiary of his or her rights and responsibilities regarding the decision.
