Section 8 CCR 1507-12-10.1 - GENERAL

Any governing body has the power to grant non-transferable and non-assignable permits within the area under its jurisdiction for the storage of fireworks or for:

(a) The facilities used for the retail sales of fireworks, including permissible fireworks; or

(b) Displays of fireworks by any person, fair association, amusement park, or other organizations or groups.
