These rules govern the processes and procedures of administrative appeals for programs and services administered by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood including the County Dispute Resolution Process for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program, Child Care Licensing determinations and decisions, and the oversight of Local Coordinating Organizations.
