Section 8 CCR 1402-1-2.108 - PROVISIONAL LICENSEA. A provisional license or certificate may be issued only for the initial six (6) month licensing period.B. This license permits the facility to operate while it is temporarily unable to conform to all rules upon proof by the applicant that attempts are being made to comply with the rules.C. If an applicant holds a valid provisional license at the time of application for a permanent license, the provisional license will remain in effect until the application is acted on by the Department.46 CR 22, November 25, 2023, effective 12/15/2023
