Section 8 CCR 1402-1-2.125 - REPORTING OF LICENSING COMPLAINTSA. Child care facilities must provide written information to parents or legal guardians at the time of admission and staff members at the time of employment on how to file a complaint concerning suspected licensing violations. For family child care homes, child care centers, preschools, school age child care, children's resident camps, and neighborhood youth organizations, the information must include the complete name, mailing address, and telephone number of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood.46 CR 22, November 25, 2023, effective 12/15/2023
