Rule 8 CCR 1301-1-21 - Submission of Stipulations/Agreements as to Facts and/or Lawa. Parties are encouraged to save time at hearing by stipulating in advance to the facts or the law when the facts or the law are not in dispute. Such agreements may be reduced to writing and filed with the Board as soon as practicable. The filing of such agreements shall conform with the service requirements set forth in Rule 5.b. When no factual disputes exist, the Board may determine the matter after hearing oral argument from the parties.42 CR 14, July 25, 2019, effective 8/15/2019
