Part 9 - STACKING AND LABELING OF SEED LOTS BY DEALERS9.1. Seed subject to inspection under the Act shall be stored in such a manner as to permit access for proper sampling of each lot.9.2. Any lot of seed in storage in, or consigned to, a seed cleaning or processing establishment for cleaning and processing, or for sale outside the state only and not offered for sale within the state, shall be plainly labeled showing the specific purpose for which it is held.9.3. Any bulk seed, or any seed in bags, bins, crates or any other sort of storage container, at any establishment that is registered under Section 35-27-111, C.R.S., shall be considered to be offered for sale, unless such seed is labeled as "Not For Sale" or kept in an area of the establishment that is clearly marked and designated for "Not For Sale" seed.
