Section 7 CCR 1101-14-9-5 - Eligible Costs and Reimbursement(a) Costs associated with eligible activities completed during the application process and subsequent project site assessment, characterization and cleanup will be reimbursed.(b) In general, project costs shall not exceed the current Reasonable Cost Guideline unit rates.(c) Requests for reimbursement must include the following:(1) Documentation of the work performed per project work plan.(2) Proof of payment for all invoices submitted for reimbursement.(3) Affidavit of work performed, with regards to services, material, and equipment procured by the applicant.(d) Reimbursement of Level III cleanup costs shall be contingent upon completion of project milestones in the approved cleanup work plan.37 CR 18, September 25, 2014, effective 10/15/201439 CR 18, September 25, 2016, effective 1/1/201740 CR 05, March 10, 2017, effective 5/1/201740 CR 07, April 10, 2017, effective 5/1/201741 CR 07, April 10, 2018, effective 5/1/201842 CR 04, February 25, 2019, effective 3/17/201947 CR 23, December 10, 2024, effective 1/1/2025
