9.1 The provisions against retaliation, interference, and discrimination for protected activity in labor standards law (including but not limited to C.R.S. §§ 8-1-116, 8-1-140, 8-4-120, 8-6-115, 8-13.3-407, 8-14.4-102, and 7 CCR 1103-1, Rule 8.5) apply to individuals who assist the Division's investigations under this rule.
