Rule 7 CCR 1103-16-6 - Judicial Review6.1 The certification of an election or the determination of a ULP complaint by the Director, a hearing officer, or an Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") constitutes a final agency action subject to judicial review pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-4-106. The Division shall promptly provide all parties with a copy of the decision of the Director, hearing officer, or ALJ by mail or email.46 CR 11, June 10, 2023, effective 7/1/2023
