Section 6 CCR 1014-5-1.5 - Grant Program Effectiveness(1) The Office of Health Equity and the State Board shall determine the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the programs that receive grants, and each grantee shall submit a final report utilizing the evaluation criteria at the end of each grant cycle.44 CR 22, November 25, 2021, effective 10/21/202145 CR 01, January 10, 2022, effective 2/14/202247 CR 08, April 25, 2024, effective 5/15/2024
