Section 6 CCR 1015-3-5-8 - Licensing Renewal and Recognition of Out of State License Renewal8.1 To renew an existing air ambulance license, the licensee shall submit a renewal application and fees, as set by the Department, no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date of air ambulance license expiration.8.2 A renewal inspection may be required by the Department to assure air ambulance service compliance with these rules.8.3 Except as otherwise provided in section 5.6 of these rules, the Department shall renew a license when it is satisfied that the requirements of these rules have been met.
