Section 6 CCR 1011-1-24-1 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY AND APPLICABILITY1.1 The statutory authority for the promulgation of these rules is set forth in sections 25-1.5-103 and 25-1.5-301 through 25-1.5-303, C.R.S.1.2 Any licensed facility that administers medications to persons under its care shall comply with all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations, including but not limited to this Chapter 24.1.3 Any facility, as defined herein, which administers medications to persons under its care but is not licensed by the Department may be required to comply with this Chapter 24 as a condition of operating its facility if so directed by its authorizing state agency.
