Section 6 CCR 1011-1-22-5 - ADMINISTRATOR5.1 The administrator shall have authority for the day to day operation of the facility. The administrator shall designate in writing a qualified employee to act as administrator in the temporary absence of the administrator.5.2 The administrator shall be responsible for the development of facility policies and procedures for employee and clinical staff use. All policies and procedures shall be reviewed and/or updated as necessary but at least annually.
