Section 6 CCR 1011-1-22-10 - LABORATORY SERVICES10.1 Clinical laboratory services shall be available as required by the needs of the clients as determined by the clinical staff. Whether provided on-site or by contract, the laboratory shall meet the requirements of the "Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988,"42 USC § 263a, and the corresponding regulations at 42 CFR Part 493.
