The hospital may provide diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services. If such services are provided, the hospital shall comply with the requirements of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 4, Part 17, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Imaging Services, except that the hospital shall not be required to maintain Computed Tomography (CT) services on-campus, at all times.
